We set aside the part of the venue you need and the rest stays open to the public. This is the usual one, it does not block the calendar, and the place does not sit empty around you, which is half the atmosphere.

Send-offs, teams celebrating something, dinners with friends that take two months of notice. Past a certain number, restaurants split you across three tables and put you in the far corner. Here the table gets built to the size of the group.

First decision: take the venue or not
Almost everyone arrives assuming they have to book the place out, and almost nobody needs to. They are two different things and they cost differently.
The whole venue
Both floors exclusively, upstairs and basement, with nobody else inside. It makes sense when dinner turns into a party and you want the vaults to yourselves.
Terms in writing, case by case.
The only fixed number is the one for the whole venue: 140 people. We do not publish capacities per zone because they depend on how the room is laid out, and promising a number per zone would mean making it up.
Everything in the middle
The menu is built for sharing: empanadas, croquettes, tequeños, milanesa, skirt steak, ribs, pizza. A selection is agreed beforehand and it all lands in the middle, which is the only way twenty people eat at once without the kitchen seizing up.

The tables
Loose tables divided by planters. Left as they are for a standing cocktail, or pushed into islands if dinner runs in groups.
The long table
Tops that join into one continuous table. This is the company-dinner layout: everyone in view and nobody at the kids' table.
The window
The glazed façade onto Gran Via, with high tables facing the street. Daylight until the sun goes, and the traffic going past at night.
