OGHAM

The shutter goes up at five.

Nobody is here yet and the first tap has just been cleared. If you have ever wondered when to walk into a brewery, this is it: a free table, the whole bar to yourself and beer poured fresh.

Twelve taps. Eleven are ours.

Argentinian craft beer made to be drunk, not admired. The twelfth tap always goes to another brewery, because the fastest way to get boring is to only pour your own.

By eleven there is a queue outside.

We do not stage it and we do not chase it. It happens. Over two thousand people have rated us on Google and the average holds at 4.4, which is not bad for a place serving a hundred and forty at once.

At one, you go downstairs.

There is a different venue down there. Four hundred and ten square metres across two floors, and the lower one has brick arches, low light and a dancefloor. You go down for one and leave when the lights come up.

Friday and Saturday until 3am

At three, it closes.

And on Tuesday the shutter goes up again at five.
